Most youth training programs are based on adult strength and conditioning programs that don't address building the correct motor patterns. HELIYO youth group training is smarter, targeting the needs of that specific age group: correct movement, injury prevention, and performance
  1. Age appropriate modifications until athletes can demonstrate the necessary adaptations and endurance
  2. Increase mobility, stability, speed, strength, power, and endurance
  3. Application to sport provided
  4. Conditioning revolves around teamwork to increase motivation and fun

YOUTH PHYSICAL THERAPY

Motor learning and stability is key for young athletes. Correct protocols and treatment will prevent compensations, but incorrect protocols will ingrain compensations that will be a part of their life long movement patterns.  It is much harder to change movement patterns after they have been practiced for 5, 15, 20+ years
  1. Factors in age-dependent musculoskeletal tissue development and growth rates
  2. Prioritizes building the RIGHT motor patterns to prevent those compensations
  3. Prevent surgery or recover faster post-op
