STEP 1: ASSESS

During your first visit, your HELIYO Performance Coach will take you through a thorough movement analysis to:
  • Understand YOUR body's stability and mobility nuances
  • Prioritize YOUR body's most critical needs to achieve your goals quickly

STEP 2: CUSTOMIZE

Your Performance Coach compiles all of the information from your initial session to create a comprehensive Performance Plan that will accelerate you to your athletic goals. Your Performance Plan will be:
  • Customized: targeted to your body, your goals, and your needs
  • Purposeful: always structured with the end goal in mind
  • Progressive: building over time from simple to complex

STEP 3: PROGRESS

With each 1:1 Performance Coaching session, your mobility and performance deficits will decrease and you'll reach new levels performance and fitness. Your Performance Coach constantly monitors your training to identify opportunities to progress you

  • Increase power, speed, endurance, strength

One-on-one 60 minute training sessions with an experienced functional fitness coach.

We aren’t your average personal trainers. All our coaches are obsessed with elevating industry standards and redefining the standard of 1:1 training. We believe that your training and recovery should ALWAYS be part of purposeful plan to prevent injury, improve performance, and help you feel your best. 

In this deep dive 60 minute session, we’ll learn about your body, how it moves, and WHY it moves the way it does. It’s a 3-part session with your HELIYO Performance Coach that will build the entire foundation of all future sessions. Here’s what you can expect: 

  1. Background and Goals: a review of your athletic background, injuries, and goals so we can begin to understand what has led you to this point in your training journey. What has caused those imbalances? Do you compensate to a certain side because of a current or former sport you played? 
  2. Physical Assessment: Just hearing about your background may give us insight into your movement, but now we need to test those hypotheses and see if they hold true. We’ll run you through any number of our physical assessments, whether it’s a soft tissue assessment, a body weight movement assessment, or a video movement analysis, all depending on your goals and needs.
  3. Custom Exercises: Now we’ll have a much deeper understanding of your body and its needs. We’ll walk you through the exercises that are going to be the biggest change-makers for your body based on what we’ve uncovered during the session. You’ll apply the principles you’ve learned and be able to reproduce them on your own until your first true training session.

HELIYO has developed a proprietary training methodology based on  human physiology, logic & experience. We train our clients following the three HELIYO Method core principles:

  1. Prove your capability before you progress
  2. Build from proximal to distal
  3. Learn and know how to use the BIG 3 muscle groups

We prioritize education so athletes can take action, self-assess, and see visible, lasting improvements in both movement and performance. 

All athletes start with the initial assessment. After that, you can purchase a package of sessions.

When you purchase a package, we’ll get you set up on a customized remote corrective program so that you can get started prior to next session.

Daily fitness programming delivered to you via our HELIYO Mobile app, including warm ups, workouts, directions, and video demonstrations of movements.

HELIYO has developed a proprietary programming methodology based on human physiology, logic & experience. We program for our clients following the three HELIYO Method core principles: 1) NATURAL MOVEMENT, 2) QUALITY OVER QUANTITY, and 3) PURPOSEFUL PROGRESSIONS.  If you want to accelerate your progress and guarantee results, it’s time for a proven and purposeful program.

Activity Based Programming: If you are training broadly in a specific sport or activity, this is the option for you. While not 100% customized, it’s far more specific and purposeful than a general training protocol. If you have specific needs/weaknesses, the program automatically tailors itself to meet those needs. For example, if you’re a runner who needs more work on glute activation, the running program may be the same as other runners, BUT you’ll receive customized exercises to focus on glutes.

Custom Programming is the most personalized option we offer. Intended for elite athletes, athletes working through injuries, or athletes with specific goals (ie Spartan Race, CrossFit Open, etc.). You’ll have direct access to your coach daily via messaging to talk workout results, track progress, and ask questions.
