Membership fees are applied to all services except Medical Services and Remote Coaching. You’ll be charged $99/month and be charged for any services exceeding your $99 credit at your 25% discount at the time of your appointment.
VIP booking means that we make booking easy! Our Heliyo Member Concierge will work directly with you to book your appointments.
Want to book every Tuesday at 2? You got it. Want us to check in with you every Monday morning? We’re happy to. Call, text, email, or book through the website, it’s all available to you.
Without VIP booking, you’re required to book through our online scheduling system.
Heliyo members can use the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill a la carte at the 25% off rate. That means instead of paying $20/20 min, you’ll get access for $15/20 min.
If you plan to use the AlterG for more than 14 sessions/month, we recommend adding the AlterG Unlimited Access onto your membership for the best deal.
For non-members, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must notify HELIYO at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you’ll be charged in full for the appointment, but will receive a coupon code for face value to be applied at a later date. Multiple cancels within the 24 window will result in a same-day scheduling policy.

Nope! We want to provide you with the most flexibility possible. Memberships are not intended to ‘trap you’ into our world, but rather to give you the most affordable and easiest access to our services. We want to help you as much as possible!
If you don’t come to your scheduled appointment and do not notify us, you’ll be charged in full and will not receive credit toward a future appointment.
We understand that emergencies come up! If that is the case, please call or email us at email@example.com and we will work with you as best we can.
You can put your membership on hold for up to 2 months out of the year. To put a hold on your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are required to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date. Holds are only available in 1 month increments. We cannot prorate a hold (e.g., a 1 or 2 week hold). When your account is on hold, it is frozen and your rollover credit cannot be applied until you reactivate your account. We are happy to help you determine the most cost-effective plan based on your situation! Contact us for more information.
You can cancel your membership by emailing email@example.com. Membership, including account credit, will expire on the last day of your billed period. You are required to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next month (you will still have access to your membership services for the charged month).
